Florida Water is considered a spiritual water and is used for cleansing ritual items as well as protecting the home by using it to apply on doorways, windows, and thresholds. This is the traditional Florida water made by Murray and Lanman and was originally introduced in 1808 as the “most popular perfume in the world.” Despite the word ‘water’ in the title, Florida Water actually IS a type of cologne and can be used as such.
In existence since the 1800’s, Florida Water is known for its refreshing citrus smell and its strong cleansing properties. Called “The most popular perfume in the world”, it’s named after the legendary Fountain of Youth, which is purported to have been located in Florida.
Florida Water was first introduced in the United States in 1808. With a base ingredient of alcohol, Florida Water contains a blend of dissolved essential oils, and was originally sold in general stores and pharmacies, it was instantly lauded for its many uses. Men and women alike benefited from the refreshing properties it possessed. Said to cure a headache, soothe a fever and scent a home, the benefits of Florida Water were hailed by all. Its strong magical properties have made it a staple in Hoodoo, Voodoo, & Santeria practices.

Made from refined vegetable essense and that produces a curative effect which can make you glow with health. Specially formulated Lavender oil, cinnamon and clove to resist harmful substances effectively. Apply onto your skin directly to soothe discomfort and feel cool and refreshed.
Apply a spoonful to your bathe or footbath to dissipate fatigue and relieve tiredness. Spray drop of it on your hot towel and apply on your face to dispel hangovers. Spray a few drops on your hankerchief and apply on body to relieve the summer heat. Spray into rooms and cars as a refreshing agent. Mix with fabric softener to add a fresh scent to clothes and bed spread.”
