Birch Spray

Birch is associated with fertility, healing, new beginnings, purification, protection, creativity, fertility & birth. Known as ‘The Lady of the Woods’ the twigs were used to bestow fertility on cattle and newlyweds. children’s cradles were made from its wood and East Slavic villagers used to plant birch near their houses to summon good spirits that will bring good luck to household.

It is a known pain reliever and can be used to treat arthritis. Spray in the air to cleanse and heal or on yourself to relieve muscle or back pain.
